3. Walking in the morning
The best way to get rid of drowsiness in the morning is a leisurely stroll, after the body will feel more energized. With up early, people also have more time to do mild exercise such as walking, yoga, breathing exercises, cycling, swimming, jogging and other light exercise.

Exercise in the morning can help to achieve and maintain good health and keep your mind enjoyable by reducing pain and stress. 4. Take time to gather with family
